Choose a word or phrase to write — anything meaningful to you, or select from suggested kanji (Chinese characters used in Japanese writing)
Learn the fundamentals of Japanese calligraphy, from brush handling to character balance
Choose from a selection of decorative colored paper to write your final piece
Complete your artwork with your Japanese name and a traditional red ink stamp
