Faqs

Who is eligible for the U-22 ticket category?

U-22 tickets are strictly for attendees who are 22 years of age or younger on the day of the performance. You must present an original photo ID at the entrance; failure to do so will require you to pay a 1,500 yen price difference in cash to enter.

Are there additional costs to pay at the venue?

Yes, like most Japanese live houses, a separate drink fee is required upon entry. This is typically around 600 yen and must be paid in cash at the door in exchange for a drink voucher.

Can children attend The Dresscodes concert?

Preschool children are not allowed admission to the venue. Elementary school students and older are permitted to attend, but they must have their own ticket and provide an original ID to prove their age if using a discounted ticket.

What does the “Reference Number” on my standing ticket mean?

The reference number (entry number) determines the order in which fans enter the venue. Those with lower numbers are called first, allowing them to choose their standing position closer to the stage.

What is the difference between 1F and 2F tickets at Zepp Haneda?

For the tour final, the 1st floor (1F) is a standing area that offers an energetic experience close to the band, while the 2nd floor (2F) provides reserved seating for those who prefer a clear, seated view of the entire stage production.
