Performers and schedules are subject to change without notice. Per the official policy, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for other dates due to changes in the cast. Refunds are only available in the event of a full performance cancellation.

What is a “Specific Event Admission Ticket”?

Tickets for this performance are subject to the “Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Tickets.” Resale for profit without the organizer’s consent is strictly prohibited. You must bring a valid ID to the venue, as staff may perform identity checks upon entry.

How can wheelchair users attend the performance?

Wheelchair-accessible seating must be coordinated directly with the theater box offices (Toho Teleserve for Tokyo or Hakataza for Fukuoka) starting from the general sale date. Our team can assist you with this specialized inquiry.

Can I enter the venue with a photo of my ticket on my phone?
