The competition is tough. It has rounds and kids have to play the piano very well to make it to the next round. The competition starts at music schools around Japan. Then kids who are good enough move on to the next round. A few kids make it to the final round at Yamaha Hall. The people in charge of the competition divide the kids into groups based on how old they’re. The youngest group is called the Junior A Division. It is for kids who are very good at playing the piano.

When you go to the round of the competition you get to hear kids play very hard piano pieces. They play music from a time ago and music from today. The kids who make it to the round have practiced for a very long time. For people who like music going to the final round is very inspiring. It shows how good music education is in Japan. The final round is held at Yamaha Hall, in Ginza which’s a very nice place to listen to music.

Jasumo secures your access through our wide network of domestic sources, including event organisers, official ticketing platforms, event owners, and verified resale channels when primary sales are exhausted.
  • Language Barriers: Most booking portals, venue communications, and ticket updates are issued exclusively in Japanese. Jasumo manages all communication with local suppliers and venue organisers on your behalf, providing you with clear updates and guidance in English.
  • Payment Compatibility: Overseas credit cards are routinely flagged or rejected by Japanese ticketing platforms. Jasumo processes payments through our established domestic channels, allowing you to pay simply and securely using your preferred international payment method.

Jasumo fully verifies every ticket before delivering it to your Japan accommodation via courier or post.. A service fee applies to cover this bespoke procurement and concierge work, which will be detailed when you contact us.
