Your experience begins with a demonstration and brief lecture led by a friendly and experienced sushi chef. Then, it’s your turn to roll up your sleeves (literally) and try it yourself. With expert guidance, you’ll learn proper techniques and tips to shape sushi like a pro.
To enhance the experience, you’ll wear a Happi coat—a traditional Japanese tube-sleeved jacket commonly worn by chefs—to help you feel like a true sushi master.
