Pickup is included from hotels or locations within Tokyo’s 23 wards (including Shibuya, Shinjuku, Minato, and others).
For pickups outside these areas, an additional fee applies (¥5,000–¥20,000 depending on the location).

• In case of emergency, contact via WhatsApp.
• Be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
• Drivers will wait a maximum of 60 minutes after the scheduled time. Delays may occur due to Tokyo traffic.
