Full Description

Join this hands-on culinary experience in or around the Shinjuku area and learn how to make popular, home-style Japanese dishes. In this 2.5-hour class, you’ll prepare and enjoy a full meal with the guidance of a skilled local instructor.

You’ll begin by selecting one of four curated menu sets—or request a custom option. All ingredients are prepped in advance to ensure a smooth and fun cooking process. If you’re the only participant or group on your scheduled day, you can choose your own menu. When multiple groups attend, a shared menu will be followed.

Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a complete beginner, this experience is designed to be approachable, educational, and delicious. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, just let the host know ahead of time—accommodations can be made with care.

A: Okonomiyaki & Yakisoba Set (with side dish)
