Full Description
Begin your day by departing from either Shinagawa or Shinjuku aboard a comfortable air-conditioned coach. Your guide will provide commentary and insights during the scenic 2-hour journey to the Mt. Fuji area.
Arakurayama Sengen Park
Start at one of Japan’s most photographed viewpoints. Ascend the stairs to the observation platform, where you’ll take in the iconic view of the five-storied Chureito Pagoda framed by Mt. Fuji—a breathtaking blend of traditional architecture and natural grandeur.
Lake Kawaguchi & Kawaguchiko Craft Park
Stop at Lake Kawaguchi, one of the Fuji Five Lakes, known for its mirror-like reflections of Mt. Fuji on clear days. At Kawaguchiko Craft Park, enjoy a relaxing lakeside walk or choose to savor a local lunch prepared with regional ingredients (if selected). Four gourmet menu options are available:
- Kobe Beef Shabu-Shabu
Lightly swish tender Kobe Wagyu slices in hot broth and enjoy their luxurious marbled texture. - Koshu Wine Beef Steak (Wagyu)
A Yamanashi local specialty made from Wagyu cattle raised on grape pomace for a subtly fruity flavor. - Houtou Noodles
Thick, rustic noodles in a hearty miso-based broth with vegetables and chicken—a regional comfort food. - Mt. Fuji Vegan Curry Rice
A mild and flavorful spinach curry made entirely with vegetables and spices. 100% vegan and satisfying.
Oishi Park
Continue to Oishi Park, known for its seasonal floral displays, with views of Mt. Fuji rising beyond colorful flower beds. Each season offers a new palette—from lavender in summer to vibrant foliage in autumn.
Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba
End your visit at this reconstructed historic village featuring thatched-roof houses, traditional crafts, and mountain views. This open-air museum offers a rare chance to step into rural Japanese life and culture from centuries past.
