Good to Know

• According to Japanese law, tour vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours per day. The guide may adjust the itinerary accordingly.
• This is a shared carpool tour. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have specific seating needs, please mention them in the remarks when booking.
• The tour may include guests who speak different languages.
• Please arrive on time at the meeting point. No refunds for missed departures or delays caused by guests.
• In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, parts of the itinerary may be adjusted or canceled for safety reasons.
• Each guest is allowed one piece of luggage. Please notify us in advance. Unregistered luggage may be denied due to space or safety concerns.
• The vehicle model will be based on the number of participants and cannot be specified.
• Guests must stay with the group for the entire tour. Early or mid-tour departures are not permitted. No refunds will be issued for partially completed itineraries.
• Seasonal attractions (cherry blossoms, festivals, lighting displays, etc.) are subject to weather and climate conditions. No refunds will be issued if the natural events do not meet expectations.
• Travel time may vary due to weather and traffic. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the tour.
