What is the Tea Ceremony?

The tea ceremony is a highly ritualized Japanese cultural practice where matcha (powdered green tea) is prepared and served in a tranquil setting. It emphasizes harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility, and is considered both an art form and spiritual discipline.
