• No Midway Departures: Guests must remain with the group throughout the tour. Leaving midway is not permitted and will void the remainder of the tour without refund.
• Seasonal Events: Events such as cherry blossom viewing or autumn leaves are weather-dependent and not guaranteed. If they are canceled or don’t meet expectations, no refunds will be given.
• Return Time: Travel time may vary due to traffic or weather. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the tour, as delays are possible.
