• Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 1 hour late with no contact, your booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.
• Last Reception: 15:00
• Kimono Return Time: By 18:00 on the same day
• Next-Day Return: Available upon request—please notify the staff in advance
• Package Changes:
  • You may upgrade your package by paying the difference.
  • Downgrades are allowed, but the difference in cost will not be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued once rental services have been used.
• Damage Policy: A fee will be charged for any damage caused to the kimono during your rental period.
