• Flexible Itinerary: Traffic or maintenance may alter the schedule or destinations. For example, if Mount Fuji’s Fifth Station is inaccessible, we will visit Sengen Park instead.
• No Refunds for Personal Cancellations: Missed tours due to personal reasons or late arrivals are non-refundable.
• Seat Assignments: Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Special requests can be noted but are not guaranteed.
• Infants:
  • Under 2 years old (no seat) – Free with prior notice
  • Under 3 years old (with seat) – Full adult price
• Flower and Leaf Viewing Season: Tour operates regardless of bloom conditions, which may vary based on weather.
