April – October (Spring to Autumn Itinerary)

November – March (Winter Itinerary)

February Exclusive

  • Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival – Replacing the outlet mall during this month, the festival features stunning ice sculptures made from the lake’s ultra-clear water, illuminated beautifully at night.

Note: Due to seasonal route variations, not all attractions are available from non-Sapporo boarding points. Please confirm your boarding location and accessible itinerary before booking.

Important Information

  • Tour Fee Includes: Transportation by tour bus.
  • Not Included: Lunch and attraction entrance fees (e.g., Bear Ranch).
  • Child Policy:
    • Ages 0–2: Free when held on a guardian’s lap (no seat).
    • Age 3 and up: Same fare as adults.
    • Children under 5: Free admission to Bear Ranch. Please do not select Bear Ranch package for them. No refunds available for incorrect orders.
  • Meals and Child Seats: Not included; available upon request in advance.
  • Tour Conditions:
    • If fewer than 1 person registers 5 days prior to departure, the tour may be canceled.
    • Vehicle type may vary based on number of participants; vehicle model cannot be specified.
    • Itinerary timing may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or local regulations.
    • The total usage time of the vehicle is restricted by law to 10 hours daily.
    • Tour is shared (carpool style); guests must follow group timing and instructions.
    • If leaving the group independently during the trip, the tour will be considered void with no refund.
    • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time. Late arrivals or personal cancellations are non-refundable.
    • Always carry your passport and valuables; personal responsibility applies in case of loss or damage.
