• Infant Policy: Infants under 2 years old are free of charge but will not be allocated a seat. If a seat is required, the adult fare applies.
• Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 6 participants is required for the tour to operate. If this minimum is not met, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Transportation Note: Groups of fewer than 10 guests will be accompanied by a driver-guide, who will provide basic commentary for safety reasons.
• Pick-up Policy: Please do not change your pick-up location without notifying us at least 3 days in advance, as it may result in missed connections or disruption to the itinerary.
• Pre-Departure Notice: Final confirmation with guide contact info, license plate, and updated itinerary will be emailed to you by 5 PM the day before the tour.
