Important Information

• If the ice cream shop is closed, yogurt will be provided at Toyako Observatory. The farm visit remains part of the itinerary.
• Tour adjustments may occur on weekends and public holidays due to traffic or early closures.
• Seating is first-come, first-served. Requests will be accommodated when possible.
• This is a group tour and may include participants speaking different languages.
• The tour may be cancelled if minimum participant requirements are not met or in cases of severe weather. Notifications will be sent via email one day before departure.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring warm layers if needed.
• Delays may occur due to traffic or weather. Avoid scheduling other evening activities after the tour.
• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed connections due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
• Itinerary adjustments may be made due to facility closures or weather conditions.
• Children under 3 years old occupying a seat must purchase a ticket (same price as adults). Children under 2 years old not requiring a seat can join for free but must be noted in the booking.
• Smaller groups may be served by the driver and staff without an additional tour guide.
• Viewing periods for flowers and maple leaves vary due to weather and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
• In case of trip interruption after departure due to force majeure, a partial refund will be issued for unvisited spots. Additional costs (return transport, lodging, etc.) are the responsibility of the participant.
