Customer Reviews
“It was an excellent trip! The guide, Yamashita, was professional and helpful. Though the tour said Japanese-speaking only, she spoke English very well. The scenery was breathtaking—everything was perfect.”
“A magical snowy experience! Although the 3 hours in Shirakawa-go went by quickly—especially with food queues—it was still plenty to walk through the village and catch the Observatory view. Highly recommended during winter.”
“Loved that this tour included Ainokura in Gokayama. It’s much quieter than Shirakawa-go and feels more authentic. The schedule allowed enough time in both villages, and our guide spoke excellent English. A fantastic experience.”
