Kanmon Ferry (Optional Experience)

Enjoy a short, scenic ferry ride between Mojiko and Shimonoseki across the Kanmon Strait. This local steamship ride offers a memorable and affordable way to appreciate the surrounding sea and city views. (Ferry fare not included)

Karato Market

Visit one of Japan’s top seafood markets—Karato Ichiba, famous for its bustling stalls and delicious sushi. Note: The seafood market is only fully active on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays, so please plan accordingly for the best culinary experience.

Tsunoshima Bridge

Motonosumi Inari Shrine

Wabukari (Hebuqiao) Parking Area

End your day with a short rest at this scenic observation area offering panoramic views of the Kanmon Strait. Pick up local snacks or souvenirs from both Kyushu and Yamaguchi regions.

Itinerary (Approximate Times)

  • 08:30 — Departure from Lawson Fukuoka Oriental Hotel
  • 09:40 — Arrive at Mojiko / Visit Karato Market / Optional Kanmon Ferry
  • 13:40 — Tsunoshima Bridge photo stop (30 min, self-guided)
  • 14:50 — Motonosumi Inari Shrine (40 min, self-guided)
  • 17:00 — Wabukari PA rest stop (20 min)
  • 18:30 — Return to Fukuoka

  • Late Arrival Policy: This is a group tour. Guests who fail to arrive on time at departure or stops will not receive refunds and must bear any additional costs incurred.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds for missed departures due to late arrival.
  • No compensation for missed events due to weather or seasonal changes.
  • Leaving the group mid-tour forfeits the rest of the tour with no refund.
