1. POO Strawberry Farm – Fruit Picking Experience (Own Expense)
Start your journey with a visit to POO Strawberry Farm, one of Kyushu’s largest strawberry farms. The farm grows 11 varieties of strawberries, including Amaou and Saga Honoka.

2. Takeo Library & Takeo Shrine
- Takeo City Library: A modern library with a unique concept, offering books, a spacious reading area, a café, and a pleasant outdoor lawn.
- Takeo Shrine: With a history spanning over 1,300 years, it is known for blessings in love and good fortune. Walk through the bamboo forest to see the sacred “Takeo Daikusu,” a 3,000-year-old camphor tree, ranked among the largest in Japan.
3. Yanagawa Donko Boat Ride (Own Expense)
Enjoy a traditional Donko boat ride along the scenic canals of Yanagawa, also known as the “City of Water.” Admire willow trees, cherry blossoms, and historical surroundings.
- Boat Ride Cost: ¥1,000–¥2,000 per person (depending on operator and season)
4. Tachibana Villa Gohana
After the boat ride, visit the historic Tachibana Villa Gohana, which features a blend of Western and Japanese architecture. The garden “Shotoen,” with over 200-year-old pine trees, is designated a national scenic spot.

5. Lunch – Yanagawa’s Famous Eel Rice (Own Expense)
Enjoy the regional delicacy Unagi Don (grilled eel rice) at a local traditional restaurant in Yanagawa.
6. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine & Kyushu National Museum
- Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine: The largest Tenmangu shrine in Japan, dedicated to the god of learning, Sugawara no Michizane. The site is especially popular during plum blossom season.
- Kyushu National Museum: A museum showcasing Japanese cultural history from the Paleolithic period to the Edo era.

- Luggage: One piece per person allowed. Uninformed excess luggage may result in denial of boarding.
- Midway Departure: Not allowed. No refunds for leaving the group early.
- Weather & Seasonal Adjustments: The tour schedule may change due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. No refunds for missed seasonal events or blooms.
