• Duration: 10 hours (08:00–20:00)
• Departure: Flexible, pick-up from your hotel or B&B in Tokyo
• Distance Limit: Up to 300 km (round trip)
• Driver Languages: Chinese, Japanese, or English (Chinese prioritized)
• Vehicle Types:
  • 5-seater: Up to 3 passengers + 2 luggage
  • 7-seater: Up to 5 passengers + 4 luggage
  • 10-seater: Up to 9 passengers + 8 luggage
  • 18-seater: Up to 17 passengers + 10 luggage

Luggage Notes:

• Infants/young children are counted as passengers
• Oversized luggage counts as 2 pieces
• Notify in advance if carrying strollers or large items

Overtime Fees (paid directly to driver):

• 5–7 seats: ¥5,000/hour
• 10 seats: ¥10,000/hour
• 14+ seats: ¥15,000/hour

Extra Charges (if applicable):

• ¥300/km for travel beyond 300 km
• ¥8,000 driver accommodation fee if staying outside Tokyo
• Additional child seat: ¥2,000/day per seat
• Empty car fee if pick-up/drop-off is outside Tokyo

• Wait in hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick-up
