Guest Reviews
“It was our first onsen experience in Japan. My wife and I have tattoos, so finding this was a blessing. She was guided by Alisa, who was very kind and helpful. I only wish there had been a male guide as well.”
“Alisa was fantastic. She explained onsen etiquette step by step, making it easy and enjoyable. After the bath, she even got us a drink and gifted us origami. Highly recommended if you want to learn and relax.”
“A rare gem — a tattoo-friendly onsen in Tokyo. The daily rotating herbal bath, especially the honey and lemon, was a highlight. Alisa was so detailed with instructions, and my husband felt comfortable even without a male guide.”
