First premiered for the company’s 10th anniversary in 2009, this full-length dramatic ballet is choreographed entirely by Kumakawa, drawing upon his signature speed, dramatic intensity, and technical brilliance.

The ballet is set to Sergei Prokofiev’s majestic and lyrical score, and it is considered a pinnacle of modern dramatic ballet.
