Faqs

What documents do I need to present if I purchase a Student Discount ticket?

On the day of the performance, you must bring a valid student identification card or proof of enrollment. This is required for verification at the entrance, and failure to provide it may result in you being asked to pay the price difference for a general admission ticket or being denied entry.

What does the “Numbered Ticket” or “Serial Number” system mean for entry?

For all standing sections, your ticket will have a serial number that dictates your entry order. Venue staff will call numbers in sequence during the doors-open period, allowing you to enter and find your preferred standing position based on your assigned number.

Are there lockers available at venues like Zepp DiverCity or Diamond Hall?

Most major live houses and Zepp venues in Japan provide coin-operated lockers for small bags and coats. However, these often fill up quickly for popular shows, so it is advisable to arrive early or use lockers at nearby train stations if you have larger items.

Is it possible to request a specific seat in the 2F Reserved section at Zepp DiverCity?

While we cannot always guarantee a specific seat number, our concierge team will do their best to secure the most favorable available options within the 2F Reserved area. We will confirm the seat details with you as soon as the ticketing platform releases the assignment.

Why is a drink charge required separately at the venue entrance?

It is a standard regulation for live houses in Japan to require a one-drink purchase at the door to comply with local entertainment licensing. This fee is usually around 600 yen and is paid in cash in exchange for a drink token used at the venue’s bar.
