What happens if I am late for my assigned time slot? The photo sessions are strictly scheduled. If you miss the start time of your specific slot (e.g., 12:30), you may not be allowed to participate, and no refunds are typically provided for late arrivals.

Are there any prohibited actions I should be aware of? Yes, transferring or reselling tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited. Using multiple accounts or false names can lead to your application being invalidated and being banned from future events.

Is there a fee for using the convenience store ticketing system? Yes, in addition to the ticket price, a convenience store system fee of 220 yen is charged. Jasumo will coordinate these payments for you as part of our service.
