What is the policy for children?
Admission is charged for children aged 3 and over. Children aged 2 and under may sit on a parent’s lap (one child per parent). If a separate seat is required for a child aged 2 or under, a ticket must be purchased. Parents are encouraged to bring earmuffs to protect young children’s ears from loud music.
Is there an additional charge at the venue?
Yes, a separate drink fee is required upon entry at these venues. You will pay this in cash at the door and receive a token for one drink at the bar.
How does “Reserved Seating” work for Laki?
For performances featuring reserved seating, audience members are required to remain seated throughout the entire performance. This ensures a clear view and a relaxed environment for all attendees.
What is the protocol for wheelchair users?
Wheelchair viewing areas are available but limited. Please purchase your ticket first and then contact the performance inquiry desk at least one week before the show. Jasumo can assist you in coordinating this contact after your purchase is confirmed.
Do my companions need to have their own smartphones for tickets?
Distributing tickets to companions is not mandatory for this tour. If you do not distribute them via the app, your companions can enter the venue together with you using your device.
