This private 1.5-hour sound bath experience introduces you to the profound beauty of Japanese musical healing, centered on the Singing Ring—an instrument crafted with traditional Japanese techniques. Revered for its extraordinary harmonic frequencies, the Singing Ring emits a resonance that engages both mind and body, creating a calming, restorative environment.
The session begins with a soothing 60-minute sound bath where participants are invited to lie down and surrender to the layers of harmonics that fill the space. The result is deep relaxation, stress release, and in many cases, an almost meditative or dreamlike state.
