Overview
The Annual Meeting of the Japanese Dermatological Association is a prominent academic conference in Japan, drawing dermatology professionals, researchers, and healthcare industry participants from around the world. The 125th edition will be held at PACIFICO Yokohama and will include lectures, oral and poster presentations, and opportunities for academic and clinical exchange.
Registration Information
All participants must register online in advance. On-the-day registration will not be available.
Registration Fees
- JDA Member: ¥20,000
- Japanese Student / Overseas Student / Resident: ¥15,000
- Non-Member (Company): ¥40,000
- Non-Member (Others): ¥25,000
- Accompanying Person: ¥3,000
Notes
- Students and residents are required to submit a valid student ID or a letter of verification from a department head or supervisor.
- Accompanying person registration is limited to partners or family members of registered attendees and includes access to the social gathering only. Entry to lecture rooms and exhibition areas is not permitted.
- OPiE oral/poster presenters residing outside Japan are exempt from registration, but this exemption does not apply to residents of Japan.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Online abstract submission is mandatory. Please ensure that your internet environment allows access (firewalls may block the process).
- A confirmation email will be sent automatically upon submission. If you don’t receive it, review your input on the “Confirmation & Correction” page.
- Do not submit your abstract multiple times to avoid duplication.
- Gmail users are advised not to use Gmail addresses due to email delivery issues.
- Supported browsers: Safari (2.0.3 or later), Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome.
Important Reminders
- Abstracts will be printed in the abstract book as submitted. No proofreading will be done by the secretariat.
- No changes will be accepted after the submission deadline, including to coauthor details. Double-check all entries prior to submission.
