Faqs

Are there any additional costs I should be aware of when attending the concert at Namba Hatch?

Aside from your reserved seat ticket, live house venues like Namba Hatch typically require a separate drink fee to be paid in cash at the entrance. This is a standard practice in Japanese music venues, and in exchange, you will receive a drink token that can be redeemed at the bar inside.

What is the policy regarding ticket refunds if I am unable to attend the performance?

The official policy states that tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances except in the event that the performance is officially cancelled. It is important to confirm your travel schedule and availability before proceeding with your ticket request to avoid any loss of funds.

Is it possible to transfer my ticket to someone else if I cannot make it to the show?

The organizers strictly prohibit the resale of tickets for profit, and many events now use digital “Smart Tickets” that are tied to a specific mobile device and phone number. Our concierge service can help you navigate these restrictions, but generally, tickets are intended for the original applicant to prevent unauthorized scalping.

What time should I arrive at the venue if I want to purchase official ALI PROJECT merchandise?

Doors open one hour before the performance starts, but merchandise sales often begin earlier outside the venue. If you are looking to secure limited-edition tour items, it is recommended to arrive well before the doors open, as popular items frequently sell out before the main event begins.

How does Jasumo help if the ticketing website requires a Japanese phone number for authentication?

Many Japanese ticketing apps require an active Japanese mobile number to receive an SMS verification code, which is a major barrier for international tourists. Jasumo’s team manages this authentication process using local resources, ensuring your e-ticket is properly verified and ready for use on the day of the concert.
