Faqs

What are the age requirements and policies for children attending the tour?

A fee is required for all children aged 3 and over. For infants under the age of 2, one child may sit on a guardian’s lap for free, but please be aware that if a separate seat is required for the child, a full ticket fee will be charged.

Are there specific viewing rules for seats on the upper levels?

For venues such as Niterra Village Hall, spectators seated in the front row of the second floor or higher are required to remain seated during the performance to ensure safety. We recommend keeping this in mind if you have a preference for standing and dancing along during the show.

How do the Pair Tickets work for the Hiroshima and Ishikawa venues?

Pair tickets are specifically designed for two people and are often sold in units of two. When booking, our team will coordinate to ensure your seats are assigned together, providing a cost-effective way for couples or friends to attend the performance side-by-side.

Is there a lottery system for any of the performances?

The special event at Nissho Hall in Tokyo on March 26th involves a lottery system for ticket allocation. Our concierge service can assist you in navigating the application process for these lottery-based entries, which often require specific Japanese platform registrations.

What should I do if my preferred venue is already showing as sold out?

If tickets are no longer available on the primary official platforms, our team can explore trusted and verified resale marketplaces in Japan. This provides a secondary opportunity to secure legitimate entry to high-demand shows like the Tokyo or Osaka dates.
