Discover the flavors of Osaka through this hands-on cooking experience in the vibrant Namba district. This small-group class gives you the opportunity to prepare authentic Japanese comfort food using traditional techniques and fresh local ingredients.

Your experience begins with a 30-minute introduction and preparation session, where you’ll learn about the ingredients, tools, and cultural background of the dishes. Then, dive into a 90-minute cooking session where you’ll be guided through each step of making Okonomiyaki, a savory pancake filled with cabbage, meat, and seafood, and Takoyaki, crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside octopus balls.

Once your creations are ready, sit down for a 1-hour tasting session and enjoy the fruits of your labor alongside a selection of beverages, including sake, Japanese beer, and soft drinks. It’s the perfect way to connect with fellow travelers, your hosts, and Japanese culinary traditions.
