Punctuality: Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As this is a shared tour, late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided.
Weather & Force Majeure: In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary and attractions may be adjusted or canceled without prior notice for your safety. Thank you for your understanding.
Flexibility: The order of attractions may change depending on traffic or local conditions, but all listed destinations will be covered.
Luggage: Each guest is allowed one piece of luggage. Please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without notice, you may be denied boarding for safety reasons and no refund will be issued.
Vehicle Type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants and cannot be selected.
No Midway Departures: Guests must remain with the group throughout the tour. Leaving midway is not permitted and will void the remainder of the tour without refund.
Seasonal Events: Events such as cherry blossom viewing or autumn leaves are weather-dependent and not guaranteed. If they are canceled or don’t meet expectations, no refunds will be given.
Return Time: Travel time may vary due to traffic or weather. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the tour, as delays are possible.
