Absolutely a one-of-a-kind experience in a 400-year-old fish shop with my amazing instructor Masashi! He showed me the essential knife skills and ingredient preparation steps. Sushi-making workshops are everywhere, but this was the real deal.
Last week we attended the cutting fish workshop with Masashi. It was very professional. We learned the necessary skills to fillet and prepare fish ourselves at home. And the sashimi at the end? Oyishi! Highly recommended.
Had an amazing morning learning knife basics and finished the day enjoying delicious sashimi we prepared ourselves. The experience deepened our appreciation for the art of sashimi. They even provided gluten-free soy sauce. Highly recommended.
