Join us for an exciting 8-hour journey into the heart of ninja history. Travel from Osaka, Kyoto, or Iga by public transportation and enjoy a well-curated itinerary with a passionate local guide.
Your adventure begins with a ninja transformation — don your costume and begin exploring the town in full ninja style. The first stop is the Ninja House, full of secret passages, hidden doors, and clever traps designed to fool intruders.
Continue to the Iga-ryu Ninja Museum, where you’ll uncover the real story of the ninja. Learn about ancient techniques, espionage methods, and survival strategies used by the Iga-ryu clan. If available, you’ll witness a live ninja show performed by trained acrobats — and even try your hand at shuriken (throwing star) practice.
The tour continues with a visit to the majestic Iga Ueno Castle and strolls through the city’s preserved streets. You’ll also explore Akaike Residence, a traditional Japanese home that reveals daily life during the samurai era.
