Important Information
- Present your confirmation email at the Easy Go Counter, located on the 2nd floor of the International Arrival Gate at New Chitose Airport (left side).
- Operating hours: 9:30–18:30 (closed from 13:00–14:00). Ticket pickup is only possible within business hours.
- Valid for unlimited rides on Jotetsu Bus lines on the day of use (some lines excluded).
- Seat availability is not guaranteed on Express buses (white timetable).
- Kappa Bus (green timetable) requires advance reservations to secure a seat. No extra fee if you mention your hot spring package at booking.
- Reservation number: 120-737-109 (available 9:00–17:00 Japan time)
- Select your hot spring and finalize pick-up/drop-off details after receiving your ticket.
