Tour Limitations: By Japanese law, tours cannot exceed 10 hours. Itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather.
Weather Adjustments: In case of cruise cancellations due to weather, the tour will visit Itoshima Totoro Forest instead (no refunds for changes).
No Cruise Service: From May 1 onward, sightseeing cruises are not included.
Luggage Policy: One piece of luggage per guest is allowed. Notify in advance to ensure vehicle safety and space.
Timeliness Required: This is a shared tour; refunds will not be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
Seasonal Changes: Events like cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, and festivals are subject to climate conditions. No refunds if peak timing is missed.
Group Conduct: Early or mid-tour departure is not permitted. Leaving the group voluntarily forfeits remaining itinerary and safety responsibility.
Tour Guide Info: Will not be shared before the trip. On the day, look for staff wearing orange vests and holding an [Easygo] white flag.
