The Japan-USA Softball Series matters in Japan because the rivalry between the Japan national women’s team and the United States is the closely followed international fixture in Japanese softball. Vantelin Dome Nagoya is a covered baseball stadium located in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. It has a baseball capacity of around 36,000 people. The stadium is usually the home field for the Chunichi Dragons baseball team. The roof helps keep the playing conditions the same no what the weather is like. For softball games the seats are divided based on the base side. So choosing between the Japan base side or the USA third base side changes the view and the feeling in the stadium.
In Nagoya Vantelin Dome is in the Higashi-ku district. It is a three-minute walk from Nagoya Dome-mae Yada Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line. Yada Station, which is on the JR Central Chuo Main Line and the Meitetsu Seto Line is a bit away. The AEON Mall Nagoya Dome-mae shopping center is next, to the stadium. Is an easy place to find.
