Step away from the noise of the city and into a space of calm and rejuvenation at KOKORO SHINSAIBASHI TEMPLE, located inside Saishoji Temple in central Osaka. This deeply immersive 120-minute wellness session combines traditional Reiki energy healing with aroma oil massage, and finishes with a cultural touch—an authentic tea ceremony.

What to Expect:

Warm Welcome & Yukata Experience
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by staff wearing traditional kimonos. You’ll change into a yukata (summer kimono), and a complimentary photo will be taken to commemorate your experience.
Temple Orientation & Foot Bath
Before your treatment, learn a bit about the temple’s history and how to properly pay your respects. Then ease into relaxation with a calming foot bath, preparing your body for deeper healing.
Reiki Healing & Aroma Massage
Receive a deeply restorative Reiki session—a century-old Japanese practice that promotes relaxation and energy balance—followed by a full-body aroma oil massage, tailored to your comfort level and preferences.
Japanese Tea Ceremony
Your experience concludes with a traditional tea ceremony in a peaceful tatami room, where you’ll enjoy freshly whisked matcha tea and wagashi (handmade seasonal sweets). The tea ceremony offers not only refreshment, but a deeper connection to Japanese culture.
