Faqs

Who is eligible for the U-23 seats? U-23 seats are reserved for fans aged 23 and under. These seats are typically located in the rear sections of the venue. You must undergo an ID check at the venue on the day of the event to exchange your confirmation for a physical ticket.

What is the “secret prop” included with the ticket? The secret prop is a physical item provided to all attendees to be used during specific parts of the performance. The nature of the prop is usually kept a surprise until the day of the show to enhance the concert experience.

What is the policy for children attending the concert? Children aged 6 and up require a ticket for entry. Children under 6 can enter for free if they sit on a guardian’s lap (one child per guardian). If the child requires their own seat, a full-priced ticket must be purchased.

What should I do if the Tokyo shows are “Sold Out”? If a performance is sold out on official platforms, Jasumo can still attempt to source tickets for you through trusted and verified resale marketplaces in Japan, ensuring you have a chance to attend the highly popular Ariake shows.

Can I attend multiple dates on this tour? Yes, you can attend multiple performances, but you must submit a separate application for each date. Please note that you cannot apply for the same performance date and time more than once per person.
