Faqs

What does a “Reserved seat” ticket mean for these specific venues?

A reserved seat means you are assigned a specific row and chair number on your ticket, ensuring you have a dedicated space to watch the performance. This allows you to avoid the early queues common for standing-room shows, as your spot is guaranteed for the entire event.

Is there a mandatory drink fee required for the Tokyo performance at EX THEATER ROPPONGI?

Yes, like many live venues in Japan, EX THEATER ROPPONGI requires a drink fee to be paid in cash at the door upon entry. In exchange, you will receive a drink token that can be redeemed for one beverage at the bar inside the theater during the show.

How do I get to the Osaka Castle Music Hall from central Osaka?

The venue is located within the Osaka Castle Park grounds and is easily accessible via the JR Loop Line or local subway lines. It is a short walk from the station through the park, but arriving early is recommended to enjoy the scenic walk before the doors open.

What happens if the tickets for the Tokyo date are officially sold out?

If official primary platforms have reached capacity, Jasumo can search for authentic tickets through trusted and verified Japanese resale marketplaces. We perform thorough checks on all secondary market tickets to ensure they are valid and safe for your entry into the venue.

Will I need a Japanese phone number to use the digital smart tickets for this tour?

Many digital ticketing systems in Japan require local phone number authentication for security and ticket delivery to mobile apps. Jasumo manages these technical requirements for you, facilitating the setup and delivery so that you can access your tickets without needing a local SIM.
