Very nice time! I was the only one on the tour but Nick was nice, conversation was easy, and there was more than enough ramen for one person to eat.
Excellent mixture of top-quality ramen (two bowls!), insight into the world of ramen, and an entertaining guide. One shop had a minimalist, high-end atmosphere with rich, yuzu-seasoned ramen; the other was a cozy, traditional spot with soy sauce-based ramen like the locals eat. We even had a fun ramen quiz! Highly recommended.
