Stop 1: Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine

Begin your journey at this mystical shrine nestled in the forest. Surrounded by towering trees and moss-covered stone steps, it offers a quiet, timeless atmosphere. Many visitors enjoy drawing a fortune here to start the day with good luck.

Stop 2: Mount Aso (Nakadake Crater)

Explore one of the largest active volcanoes in the world. From the edge of the crater, you can see steam rising and feel the intense energy of the earth. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket, as it can be windy at the top. If the crater is closed due to volcanic activity, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit the Aso Volcano Museum instead.

Stop 3: Kusasenri

This wide, scenic grassland is a relaxing stop with grazing cattle and horses. Ideal for photos, leisurely walks, or optional horseback rides. On clear days, the blue sky and green fields make for unforgettable views.

Stop 4: Kurokawa Onsen

Conclude your day with a soak in a traditional outdoor hot spring. Kurokawa Onsen is known for its tranquil setting and natural surroundings. For added enjoyment, consider purchasing a hot spring tour pass to experience several baths in one visit.

Seasonal Note: In winter, if roads are frozen and buses cannot reach Kurokawa Onsen, the visit will be replaced with Shirakawa Onsen.
Luggage: Bringing luggage? Inform in advance. A fee of JPY 2,000 per item (cash only) applies.
Crater Entrance: If open, the entrance fee for the crater is not included and must be paid by participants.
Communication: Please ensure your messaging app can receive contact during your trip. You will receive guide and vehicle details by 8:00 PM the day before the tour via email (check your spam folder).
Tour Adjustments:
- Traffic, weather, or facility maintenance may affect the schedule.
- Attractions may close early on weekends and holidays.
- In case of delays or shortened stays, refunds are not available.
- The tour may be canceled one day in advance if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- In case of natural disasters or severe weather, tour changes or cancellations may occur.
Seating: Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests can be noted but are not guaranteed.
Children:
- Children under 2 years old not occupying a seat can join for free (advance notice required).
- Children aged 3 and above pay the same price as adults.
Group Nature: This is a mixed-language group tour. You may be joined by guests speaking different languages.
