Faqs
Are there age restrictions for NAOTO’s concert performances?
Children aged four and under are not permitted to enter the venues for this tour. This policy is in place to ensure a high-quality listening environment for all attendees, as NAOTO’s performances often feature delicate acoustic sections.
Is the drink fee included in the 9,250 yen ticket price for club venues?
No, for venues such as Penny Lane 24 or Nagoya Club Quattro, a separate drink fee is required upon entry. This is typically paid in cash at the door, and you will receive a drink token that can be exchanged for one beverage of your choice.
What should I expect for “All Reserved” seating at a live house?
Unlike standard rock shows, “All Reserved” means that chairs will be provided even in smaller venues. Your ticket will indicate a specific seat number, so there is no need to stand for the duration of the show, allowing for a more relaxed concert experience.
Can Jasumo assist with tickets for the final Tokyo performance at I’M A SHOW?
Yes, we can facilitate ticket requests for any show on the tour, including the highly popular Tokyo dates. Since these venues have limited capacity, we recommend submitting your request early to maximize your chances during the initial lottery phases.
How does the digital “Smart Ticket” process work for international visitors?
Many Japanese tickets are now issued via mobile apps that require SMS verification with a Japanese phone number. Jasumo manages these technical requirements for you, so your digital ticket is ready to use on your smartphone without the need for a local SIM card.
