Full Description

Join a private walking tour with a knowledgeable local guide and uncover the cultural treasures of Nara. Begin the tour at either Osaka Umeda Station or Namba Station, where your guide will meet you and accompany you by train to Nara.

Upon arrival, head to Nara Park, where you’ll meet the city’s beloved deer. Feed them with special deer crackers and enjoy taking memorable photos.

Next, visit Todaiji Temple, one of Japan’s most historically significant temples. Marvel at the massive Daibutsu (Great Buddha), the largest seated Buddha statue in Japan, housed within one of the world’s largest wooden structures.

As you walk through Nara, pass by the popular Nakatanidou mochi shop, known for its live mochi-pounding demonstrations. Taste the freshly made mochi, a beloved Japanese sweet.

After a fulfilling half-day experience, your guide will escort you back to Osaka.
