  • Bluefin Tuna Sushi - Enjoy the finest tuna identified by the best tuna chef.

Tuna nigiri sushi can be called the king of sushi. The photo shows three pieces of tuna: chutoro (medium-fatty tuna), akami (lean tuna), and otoro (fatty tuna). The tuna is from the renowned wholesaler Yamayuki in Toyosu, enabling you to enjoy tuna carefully selected by professionals who have dedicated themselves to it.

  • Shore Dotterel Dried Overnight - The best flavor is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail.

High-grade shore dotterel is dried overnight to concentrate its flavor. Searing adds an exquisite savory flavor. This is a gem of a dish filled with the attention to detail of a chef who never compromises.

  • Japanese Sake - Carefully selected by the owner.

Sake makes the omakase course an even more pleasant experience. You can enjoy the owner's best sake, which is selected from all over Japan. The restaurant can also recommend sake to match its seasonal dishes.
