Our dedicated team manages the entire process from initial inquiry to final delivery. This specialized support is particularly valuable for ReLIT events, which utilize “Smart Tickets” and require pre-registration for accompanying persons—a process that often requires Japanese mobile authentication. By handling these logistics on your behalf, we provide a reliable path to the show while offering flexible payment options.
Jasumo offers a specialized facilitation service for foreign tourists and non-Japanese residents in Japan, assisting with ticket acquisition for cultural and entertainment events through authorized and official platforms. We are not a ticket reseller and do not sell tickets directly. Our role is to guide international customers through the official booking process and help overcome common challenges, including:
What is “Pre-registration for accompanying persons”?
For ReLIT shows, the identity of everyone in your party must be registered in the system before the ticket application is submitted. Jasumo coordinates this process to ensure all members of your group are verified and permitted entry.
What are the ID requirements on the day of the event?
Strict identity verification is conducted at the door. You must bring a valid photo ID, such as your Passport. If the name on the ID does not match the name registered on the electronic ticket, entry will be denied.
Are there extra costs at the venues?
Yes. For most tour dates (Yokohama, Kobe, etc.), a separate drink fee is required upon entry (typically 600-700 yen). Additionally, a 220 yen smartphone ticket system usage fee is charged per ticket.
Can I attend both the daytime and evening shows?
Yes! However, you must submit a separate application for each performance time. Jasumo can coordinate these multiple bookings for you.
What is the “All Standing” format?
Most tour venues use an “All Standing” floor. Entry is managed by reference numbers on the tickets. To get a spot closer to the stage, we recommend arriving at the venue 15-30 minutes before the “Doors Open” time.
From corporate teams to friends traveling together, we create tailor-made travel packages. Enjoy VIP access, curated itineraries, and full support from our local experts. Tell us your plans, and we’ll handle the rest.
