What is the difference between Service Area and Casual Area?
The Service Area provides table service where you can order food and drinks directly to your seat throughout the performance. The Casual Area is a self-service section that usually includes one complimentary drink with the ticket.
Are there age restrictions for Billboard Live performances?
Preschool children are strictly not permitted to enter the venue for any performance. Additionally, guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to attend the shows.
Is food and beverage included in the ticket price?
Food and beverage charges are generally separate from the ticket price, except for the Casual Area which includes one drink. You can pay for any additional orders at the venue on the day of the event.
What happens if I cannot present my ticket at the door?
