The day’s adventure starts with the Shinhotaka Ropeway, a unique two-stage cable car that climbs deep into the Japanese Alps. As you rise, dramatic landscapes unfold—from verdant valleys to towering mountain peaks. At the summit, step onto the observation deck for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the surrounding alpine region.

Explore a mountaintop park surrounded by high-altitude flora and designed for immersive encounters with nature. You’ll find pathways to roam, peaceful resting spots, and views that change with the seasons.

Next, journey to Kamikochi, a nature-rich valley famed for its crystal-clear waters and unspoiled landscape. Your guide will lead a scenic walk along the Azusa River, past Taisho Pond, and over the photogenic Kappa Bridge.

After the guided portion, enjoy 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time. Relax beside the river, explore deeper into the forest trails, or visit Myojin Pond—a quiet corner of Kamikochi known for its reflective waters and peaceful atmosphere.
