Ticketing Conditions and Lottery Information
Age Requirement: Admission is charged for ages 6 and up; children under 6 are not permitted.
Special Assistance: Guests requiring wheelchair access or physical assistance must contact the organizers at least one week prior to the performance.
Japanese Ticket Ballots: Many high-demand Japanese events allocate tickets by advance ballot (lottery / 抽選), where fans apply within a set window and successful applicants are selected. This is a standard feature of the Japanese event market rather than a Jasumo condition.
Lottery Terms: Because lottery rules and allocation windows vary per sales phase, exact ticketing conditions are confirmed directly with Jasumo in writing before any commitment is made.
Overseas fans face significant barriers when attempting to buy tickets for major live events in Japan:
Access Restrictions: Ticketing platforms in Japan usually require domestic registration, Japanese phone number verification, and participation in complex lottery draws. Jasumo secures your tickets using a broad network of established sources across Japan, including official platforms, organizers, and verified secondary markets when sold out.
Language Barriers: Japanese sales platforms and customer support operate exclusively in Japanese. Jasumo handles all official communications and keeps you fully updated in English throughout the process.
Payment Obstacles: Japanese ticketing platforms frequently reject international credit cards. Jasumo handles domestic payments directly while allowing you to pay safely and simply online.
Every ticket secured by Jasumo is thoroughly authenticated to ensure it is genuine, then delivered straight to your hotel or Airbnb accommodation in Japan via domestic post or courier. A service fee applies to cover this bespoke sourcing, authentication, and delivery process, which will be detailed when you get in touch.
