Ready to become a sushi master? This sushi-making experience introduces you to the essence of Japanese culinary tradition in a relaxed, beginner-friendly setting. Sushi is not only a culinary icon but also a window into Japanese culture—and this class is a great way to enjoy both.

You’ll learn to make:

  • Nigiri Sushi – The classic, hand-formed style featuring vinegared rice and fresh toppings.
  • Maki Sushi – Rolled sushi wrapped in seaweed, enjoyed around the world.
