Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and briefing.

Important Notes

In case of road closures due to weather, the itinerary will be adjusted. Shirakawa-go will be replaced with Gujo-Hachiman City, including up to 2 hours of sightseeing. Entrance fees to local attractions (e.g., Gujo-Hachiman Castle or Expo) are not included.
If the lunch-inclusive plan is selected but the itinerary changes, you will receive a full lunch refund, and can dine at your own expense in Takayama.
The revised schedule in case of road closures includes 2.5 hours in Takayama and 2 hours in Gujo-Hachiman.
